Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Maestro and JCB. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of an order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling We ship by Royal Mail recorded delivery. A guaranteed next day service and overseas shipping options are available.
Delivery Schedule Any order recieved before 3.30 pm* on a business day will be shipped the same day. Any order recived after 3.30 pm will be shipped on the next business day. We ship via Royal Mail recorded delivery. We will only ship to the address to which the credit card is registered

* Some hardware items are not kept in stock, but these are clearly marked on the website.

All CD/DVD products are produced daily with the latest mapping available.
Tax Charges For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.
Credit Card Security When your order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Returns Policy Anquet Maps products are shrink wrapped. We offer a no-quibble 7 day return policy for products that are returned shrink wrapped. Any product that has had it's shrink wrapping removed is non-replaceable unless the CD has a manufacturing fault.
